Yir Monday Briefing
I’m knee deep in work on Hero By Night here. March is looking to be a very busy month for me, with the trip to WizardWorld LA coming up soon as well as the book premiere.
In the absence of new Yirmumah strips for you to enjoy, I encourage you to read the Hero By Night daily we’ve been putting out. For a couple weeks I’ll try to have the latest one right up top here, and have it link over to the archives at Drunk Duck. Wow, is it thick and rich now. Somehow, I’ve packed in almost an entire decade of backstory in just under 5 months. Hooray! Also, my writing brain hurts! That format has been pretty challenging, but very fun to tackle. So, do check it out and support it by reading. Statistically, we’re the “#1 Comic Book Story” on all of Drunk Duck. At least that’s what it says on my stats page, but someone could be lying to me to make me feel good. Either way, that feels good.
As for an ETA on when to expect new Yirmumah strips, we’re playing it by ear here. There will be time opening up soon though, but stick with us and play it by ear.
Back to the drawing board for me!

I’m saddened by the lack of new Yirmumah, but i do enjoy the “Hero By Night”, so i guess that’s alright.
This ruskie plot (their plan, not the overall plot of the strip) reminds me of Nelson DeMille’s Latest book “Wild Fire”. Have you read it? It’s excellent, about a group of Neo-Con’s who plan to explode nukes in the US to elimate the “terrorist threat” once and for all. Great read.

Haven’t read it.. haven’t had time to read much at all, but I may check it out now.

I’m glad I can see the latest strips are here, ever since HBN has been launched, I’ve had to update my comics bookmark folder each day, adding the newest HBN and deleting the old one. It’s good to just have a single site bookmarked and that single page always shows the latest comic.
