Yir-Fund Raiser Update!

Our gay telethon continues…. So far this week, mon-fri we’ve made $458.92 in donations. BIG THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO DONATED OR HELP GET THE WORD OUT! I’m keeping the big banner up through the weekend, and then our official “fund raiser week” ends.

Remember, tips over 20 get original art in the mail:
Tips!

This money will help pay some bills, site costs, materials– and perhaps allow us to do some promotional advertising on other webcomic sites. We advertised our fund raiser on Blank Label Comics, and got some actual donation leads from there, as well as some groovy new readers… so we’ll most likely be tossing up some ads over there again.

While the main fund raiser week will be over after the weekend, I’ll still maintain the “If you donate 20, you get original art in the mail” for as long as I can, especially since people find it such a steal.

THANKS again to all who’ve helped out this week. You ROCK, and I’m totally energized by all the great e-mails and support we’ve received.

    Hmmm…

Just out of curiousity, how up are you for doing commissioned pieces? Is that just a silly pipe dream while you’re immersed in the Grind?

  2. Neil Says:

Im shocked, your spending all this on webcomic related bills. I demand that some of the money goes towards booze of some kind!

  3. DJ Says:

    Well, IF you insist.

Pseudo– let me know what you would be wanting.

    you are my hero DJ.

If other sites were managed in a responsible way, knowing when to whore a little, the world would be a different place.

    Sew on my circular friend.

  5. DJ Says:

Yeah, it’s too bad those OTHER sites don’t have their shits together ever.. huh?

I’d be interested in commissioned work too.

If I can get back ahead on strips enough, I’d open up for some commission type things.
