Besides NBC with their HEROES online comic, and Platinum Studios with Cowboys and Aliens, another big company launched an online comic last week, Comedy Central’s FREAKSHOW. Notice though how no one is using the term “webcomic” they’re just calling them COMICS or Graphic Novels or Online Comic. I like that. Wow, it was a really good week for getting comics out to a broader audience, etc, etc. I’m pretty happy about that.
Something tells me a lot of ghosts are smiling today.

Startrek.com also has a webcomic called “The Trek Life” that’s been going on for awhile. It’s not half bad, if you’re into the whole Trek stuff.

I swear, if at any times she yells, “I don’t want to be Elfstar anymore! I want to be Debbie!” I’m hunting you down.

Is that Dave in the second to last panel? Teaching as always.
I have to say, this darker set for origin is amazing DJ, so much so that I’m stunned basically speechless at the depth of it.

Yeah, man. I have no idea where you’re going with this, but I’m really along for the ride. It’s really good stuff, DJ, and a totally unexpected change of pace that shows off you’re depth as a writer. Nicely done.
