A quick look at a list of his songs further confirms this.

  2. Adam Black Says:

The King of Creepy Stalker Songs is still Billy Ocean. Go read the lyrics to “Loverboy”. *shudder*

  3. Dave Says:

Dude, if you think Sting and Billy Ocean sang a lot of creepy stalker songs, check out The Toadies. It’s like every song is about stalking some girl.

  4. Sav Says:

The emo-crud that’s popular with the young’uns these days is full of stalker songs…But then again, the whole genre is basically “boo-hoo, my girlfriend left me and I’m morbid, sad and feel compelled to wear mascara.”

  5. psychoandy Says:

I swear I’ve known guys like this …

  6. NIck Says:

What about the Enrique Igelsias mega-hit “Escape” which includes this terrifying lyric: “You can run, you can hide, but you can’t escape my love”

The only thing that makes it passable is that he doesn’t follow it up by saying “bitch”.
