Dude, if you think Sting and Billy Ocean sang a lot of creepy stalker songs, check out The Toadies. It’s like every song is about stalking some girl.

The emo-crud that’s popular with the young’uns these days is full of stalker songs…But then again, the whole genre is basically “boo-hoo, my girlfriend left me and I’m morbid, sad and feel compelled to wear mascara.”

What about the Enrique Igelsias mega-hit “Escape” which includes this terrifying lyric: “You can run, you can hide, but you can’t escape my love”
The only thing that makes it passable is that he doesn’t follow it up by saying “bitch”.
