I dropped the ball. With every dumb thing going on around my house, the pipes bursting and things of that nature, my schedule was shot this week.

I’m debating just putting Yirm on hold until the “new” HBN strips stop running in March and the book stuff starts coming out. I feel like maybe I should really be focusing on HBN full time with ALL my creative energy. I don’t want it to be a flash in the pan thing where it comes out, and there’s no more Hero By Night stuff after this. I mean, sure, money is nice, BUT, also, it’s been a lot of FUN to work on. Getting paid to do it is even that much sweeter, of course. Some days there’s just no extra time left at night for this stuff over here right now. I really should be busting ass on the future books and maybe trying to solidify the future of HBN in some way now that i brought it out into the world.

I guess I’ll just play it by ear and blog here daily with updates or toss in art or strips when I have time for now until I make a solid decision on it. It’s not like I’m not producing something every day for folks to read. I know it’s not the same thing as good ol’ fashioned Yirmumah… but you know that won’t truly go away.

Hey, here’s the NEW COVER to issue #1 of the Hero By Night print comic. It’s got old Steel City drawn in for good measure. That beast took me all day to friggin draw out, between dealing with pipes and all, but it was worth it! I encourage anyone who can to call up their local shops and order this up, and issues 2-3.
