#1 - Drawing and writing comics is fun. I’ll never retire.

#2 - My yard is too damn big to mow in one day with a push mower. Someone told me to buy a tractor, but I don’t like riding around on one of those things. I spent the evening yesterday and half my day today doing yard junk. I purchased a cheap black and decker weed wacker… it occured to me, why would anyone buy the gas and oil kind when they have these cool rechargeable ones that kick ass? We could probably save a boat load of gas just by using electric weed wackers. Go figure. I hate yard work.

#3 - I finally bought a dumb headset/mic thing so I can do online interviews over skype. I’ve been asked to do this alot and have never attempted to record anything through that. Tonight I’ll be calling into the Gigcast for an interview. (If I friggin remember to call) - Later on I plan on having weekly HERO-CASTS for the Hero By Night project.

#4 - I’m fielding a lot of emails about Comic Book Challenge 2. Some people asking me if I can ghost pencil their projects or offer tips or this and that. No, I can’t help you with your pitches, art or otherwise. I have written a tips section on the site though. LINK LINK LINK. - I’m a judge this year, so while I’m encouraging people to enter, I don’t want to review any projects ahead of time. It doesn’t matter if I know who you are or I don’t, it won’t affect how I judge the project. I just don’t want to read or see anything until I’m at the table that day, if you can understand that.

#5 - I’m going back to work now.
