More Tony

That about wraps up the little TONY origin comics– now you have a pretty good feel for the character when he pops up.
Hey, I got some new Monthly Sponsors to welcome aboard:
CRAPPY LITTLE COMIC , a funny little one panel style comic. “RUN! The farmer has new velcro gloves!” heh!
THE BEAN MEN - Wow. I’ve never seen this comic before, and I sure am glad I found it. SEAN TENHOFF is a magnificent cartoonist, do check him out and keep that on your radar.
AND GEEZ, PEOPLE… thanks. I sold a ton of comics yesterday and you people are awesome. I was a little shocked to open my e-mail and see so many orders. I’ll never get use to it, and I’ll continue to bust my butt on this stuff so you guys get quality stuff that your proud to show around too. Hey, Eric from Hawaii has a nice write up about the first book LINK, thanks Eric! He also has a KILLER Yirmumah collection going and he’s chronicled everything in photos. LINK –ROCK ON Eric! Links like those help me sell even more crap.

Nice, a rainofbastards reference and a Serenity reference in the same comic. Well done.

Thirteen letters in “Mitch Clem Died”.

Whoa– nice catch Marrock.

HHAHAHAH! He literally kills armchairs? I thought the name just meant something like “weekend soldier” implying he was a poser or something. This is far better.

Rarely has there been a more awesome comic book ploy to get someone to buy a comic than the introduction of a new character. And since I don’t pay a dime for this, it’s exceptionally cool!
Seriously though, nice swerve. I too believed him to just be one of those kids you’d see in hgih school desperate to be Black Ops someday.
“This is a good death. There is no shame in this.” That sounds familiar…very…familiar.

“This is a good death. There is no shame in this.” …The Operative

DJ, you have captured a muse of pure awsomeness and regulary drink her blood to sustain your talents, right?

Mmm, at first look I thought it was Batman from Dark Knight.

No, he keeps her in the attic and has sex with her. Didn’t you read Sandman?
Also, since the subject of the 2nd comic has come up……I think I’ll have to get it. The Cute Little Bunny That Says Fuck is one of the best things around.

I don’t think the missus would approve of the attic muse sex…

I thought you didn’t like Firefly/Serenity. Regardless, the reference was hilarious.

Heh…I had no idea that’s why he’s called the “Armchair Assassin.” Solid comic as always, DJ.
Thanks also for the props on my gallery page for your work, dude. But really, your work speaks for itself, and I’m proud to display so much of it on my site. I’m thinking I have to break up that page soon as there’s SO much stuff displayed there that it’s starting to take awhile to load. Heh…
Man, EVERYONE should be buying at least one issue of your comic. It’s very affordable and very high-quality. I can’t wait to receive issue 2!

The Flying Hawaiian speaks truth!
The original drawings alone are worth the price
