Today’s comic is in black and white, sorry no color… yesterday kind of sucked around the homefront, and I was busy working on other stuff– then this feeling hanging over us of DREAD, as our friggin pipes froze in the downstairs bathroom, and we were waiting for them to explode.
This friggin SUPER COLD shit going on back east is for the birds. We had to get my dog into a warmer area– this sort of enclosed room off the back of the house, which turns out was the old room where ages ago they stores coal, then it became makeshift chicken coop, and now it’s just a room. So, dog box goes in there, put straw in there, and it was warmer in there…. BAD THING? Well, I think by leaving that door open overnight, it froze the pipes that ran through that section even though they were weatherized. So, then we got this GREAT idea to hang this old 1950s looking heat fan in there, and get it blowing. All set! RIght? No. I come in, pop on the 5pm news, and like an omen, there was a story about a guy who was trying to unfreeze his pipes, caught his house on fire with a heater…. so, I run back out and unplug that deal. I feel bad locking my dog up in a room for the night, but he’ll be warm and love me in the morning when I go out to feed him.
It’s too cold outside. Fuck cold. When can we move to Hawaii? I swear to god, if I ever got some steady dream job or lump sum of cash, we’re moving to Hawaii. It’s settled then. So there. Just thought I’d let you all know.
PS… Yeah, I’m still busy making NEW LEGENDS and ICONS over at HERO BY NIGHT. Stop by… a new legend is being born today…. - Hey, somebody’s gotta do it.

Oh, and on a side note, on the latest page of Hero by night, you spelt “Vial” (the test tube) as “Vile” (heinous and evil).

Just wanted to say what an awesome team that DJ and Wiz make, very funny writing and great drawing. Love the Llama, Cobra, etc…….Keep up the great work you guys.
