The tags you use for the comics sometimes make me laugh. This time they just kind of made me a little sad.

Wow, that was fast. How did Drew’s mom get kids that fast? That is one heck of a witchcraft!
Seriously, I almost thought you skipped over how Drew’s mom & dad met. But I realise, this is just one of those Pulp Fiction type narratives, so we’re not at where mom & dad met yet. Or maybe I’m wrong.
Also, I never knew Drew has siblings. Since this is an Origin arc, are we going to see the rest of Drew’s siblings?
And do I dare say it? Drew’s mom is hot! Well, at this moment, anyway.
Btw, when are we going to see some hot biker on witch action between Drew’s parents? Seriously, Drew’s parents seems interesting. A bad man turning to redemption marrying a good girl falling into damnation. Opposites attract, and they should make great stories.

Just to clarify, Drew wasn’t born until 1976, and this is 1974, so Deacon and Kathleen haven’t met yet and Drew isn’t even a twinkle in either of their eyes.
If you follow this story, it doesnt jump around really, “Archie” is mentioned in the college years page, and it also states there that within a couple months Kathleen would be pregnant with her first kid. THEN when we jump up to 1974, if you read the dialogue she’s just left “Archie” and has her four kids all on her own. None of which are Drew.
This will all make more sense later on, maybe even tomorrow.
Also, from photos and from stories I’ve been told, my Mom was a looker back in those days, firey red head, and premiscuous to boot.

As soon as you stop reading this you need to immediately run outside and beat the shit out of the very first guy you see . Trust me , Dr . Phil recommends this type of ” healing ” fervently . Wow Tripsy… your point might have been a little bit more effective had you taken the time to do two things. 1) Use your punctuation marks like someone sane. 2) Say something that doesn’t make you sound like a complete douche. So he’s making comics that chronicle his family past. That is why it’s called Origins, because it is his take on the past. It just makes you sound ignorant to call him a wuss simply because of the comics he is producing.
Sorry for the semi-rant, but it just bugs me when people do that.

DJ only started storytelling a few months ago. He was friggen HONEST about the dick jokes and universal hatred of everything stupid, lame and .. well.. NOT HIM… But that sort of fun attracts idiots. Don’t let it bug you. Some people don’t GET that it’s all in fun and actually THINK that way. Tripsy’s just looking to get some attention. Negative attention is fun, because he doesn’t actually give a flying frig. Ignore him.

I thought I had to comment on this one. Unlike Drew, I was graduating from high school in ‘76 (and a big comics reader then), so I’ve seen a lot of panels. That last one (”just like magic”) is one of the saddest and most poignant images I’ve seen. Comics are a daily art (like news reporting) so you’ll churn out a ton of mundane images with a lot of set-up just to get to the one diamond.
That last panel was a diamond of the highest quality.

I like how everyone is trying to guess which little kid was Drew, when his Mom and Dad haven’t even met each other in the story yet. In caseyou didn’t realize, the “dad” character is his fucking Dad, and his mom can’t fuck anyone else to make him. If she did, that guy would be “Dad”.
