You know, the other day while wishing an iPhone would magically appear before me, and craving one like mad thinking of what a cool tool it could be, I got to thinking about the NEW GODS and their “Motherbox” devices. And I thought, wow, Iphone is sort of like a motherbox– but it doesn’t open up boom tubes.

I was pleased to see this conversation by artist Paul Pope about JUST such a conversation that existed elsewhere.

I miss Kirby’s energy he brought to the page. It’s inspiring to see his inventions on paper.
