Another blatant reminder– Todd from New Dimension Comics in Pittsburgh e-mailed to tell me that NOW the new Previews ordering catalog is in shops.. so NOW people can call their local shops and order it up. I think we have until late January to get orders in, and I’m debating doing a special preorder thing through me, where I would pick the books up from todd and ship them out to you with a sketch or something in them. Right now though, I’m a bit exhausted to think about such an endeavor. Even a juggernaut needs some rest. I’ll try to let you all know when you can order from http://www.mycomicshop.com

You know, sometimes being a grownup parent with kids sucks. You know the feeling when there’s a HARD decision to make, and you just can’t keep doing the same thing because you don’t want to hurt someone’s feelings or do what’s actually best for your family and well being.

This morning, we had to drop off our old cat at the animal shelter. We still have the other two smaller cats, because, well, they behave. We gave the old cat a shot in this place and even a SECOND shot, but he’s been “spraying” on stuff. — We just can’t have it here. The kids are sad– no one will take the cat, and after about two months of debating this, and all the hard work and money we’ve put into this place, I just can’t have an animal pissing on new carpets. NO, i dont want to buy the special spray shit around your house stuff… because… you’re SPRAYING GOD KNOWS WHAT AROUND YOUR HOUSE!!!? Naw. The only thing that will be sprayed here is CLEANER. I’ll miss the old cat, but that’s life. One of those grownup adult decisions. Supposedly the shelter will find him a good home or something or other. I don’t want updates about it, I just don’t want to know. You know? I sort of feel like I just sentenced a life to death, over my luxury, and it’s really bumming me out right now. Half angry.

Hey, we still have RETARDAKITTY! And the other cat. For the record, they’re names are actually AMMA KITTY and IZZA KITTY. IZZA is the model for Retardakitty, by the way. Both are sisters that we rescued from the shelter.

On top of the animal situation…. We have to change our kids schools. They don’t want to do it, but it’s pretty much the LAW. Another one of those things when you have kids, it becomes a hardship that the kids don’t want to leave their best friends, crushes, etc. It’s kinda sad in a cute way. But, that’s life. Hell, I had to do it a couple times when I was a kid– and I turned out AWESOME. RIght?
