BRICKS: For anyone who hasn’t gotten theirs…

For anyone who ordered bricks and haven’t gotten theirs or wonder where they are, you should have gotten them by now as most orders were shipped within the week they were ordered. If for some reason you haven’t gotten yours, please let me know. I may have to bump up the shipping cost to get delivery confirmation on each one.

For the record, this isn’t how to ask me about customer service, this person ordered on July 29th–

Are you ever going to actually ship these things, or was I ripped off?

so if you ever get around to shipping the damn thing, I’d prefer it if it
went to my new address.

Those kind of e-mails are beyond annoying and make me feel like not even dealing with you again, let alone doing what I can to refund your money or send out another brick, BUT, even if you’re being an ass, I have to treat all this like a business….

AGAIN– if you haven’t gotten one, give me a head’s up e-mail on it… Sometimes things get lost in the mail, or people move and don’t have their addresses forwarded….whatever. Believe me, every brick ordered was shipped out, and only two people out of the many have had a problem. Bricks have gone to Iraq as quick as a week, but a guy in Ohio it took 4 weeks. I have no control over it once it’s in the mail system. Everyone else is happy with their Brick…… except 2 people…. I just want to make sure if anyone else out there is waiting on one– you let me know, hopefully in a civil manner… THANKS!

I can think of quite a few people who need to have one thrown at them anyway. :P

Hopefully the jackass who sent that e-mail will use that brick on himself.

The Brick of Silence is my new best friend - and he has gotten more frequent flyer miles than most airline pilots do.
