STERN FAN COMIC. As most of the regular Yirmumah readers know, I’ve been a big Stern fan forever, and followed them to Sirius Satellite radio where the show has been phenomenal so far. I started hanging out at SternFanNetwork.com and e-mailed the owner, Mutt, offering updated graphics if they ever needed it. Well, Mutt checked out my work here and suggested a fan comic sort of deal and he’d run it on SternFanNetwork’s main page– I said sure! Long story short, the first comic is now up on the homepage at http://sternfannetwork.com , and as I get more done, they will be archived at sternfancomic.com.
If you’re a fan of the Howard Stern Show, check it out. If you’re not listening to Howard on Sirius, man, you are missing out. I’m completely addicted to my satellite radio– not just because of HS, but all the other great stuff on there… I think it’s only like 40cents a day…. well worth my pennies.

Finally watched Land of the Dead. Yeah, took me forever. Besides starting out in our very own “Fayette-Nam” ,( Uniontown, PA) the movie was pretty horrible. The idea of Pittsburgh being like a little fortress of survivors was cool, but overall…. meh. BUT… leave it to a bunch of Fayette County Zombies to actually march up there and fuck up everyone’s day. It’s the Fayette-Nam way!
Ok, back to the drawing board for me. Lots to draw… lots to draw….

When I first graduated high school I moved to PA for a little while. Later, I found out that I was living about fifteen minutes away from the motel where they filmed the original Night of the Living Dead. Of course I had to go check it out, they’ve renovated since I’d seen it, but it was pretty run down at the time. Looked like a fine place to take prostitutes and stuff them under a mattress…creepy.
