The Grump doesn’t use a made-up name. He uses someone else’s name, that of a respected journalist, and claims to be doing the world a favor by it:

“I took his name as my own in the hopes of spreading his name to people who might follow the same path I did.”

Wow. I’ve seen really shitty reviewers before, but this guy - I don’t think he can even CALL himself that. This guy just bitches about how he hates stuff without understanding the concept of EXPLAINING WHY in any sort of logical fashion. ::wince::

Dear Jeebus. If there must be webcomic “reviewers,” please let there be some more with a goddamn lick of sense to balance out all of the mouth-breathing asshats like that guy. The end.

I have absolutely no respect for people like this. Those who who make it a job to sit and be critical of other people’s work are only demonstrating that they lack any talent. At least the talent to create something original.
If all you can do is be critical of webcomics, the first thing you need to do is draw your own. Let’s see what this grump idiot can come up with.
Otherwise, this fellow just needs to shut his flapping bean tube.

He lost me when he went off on the llama as well. If you don’t get the llama then Yirmumah is not for you. And we don’t want or need you here. I respect the fact that DJ can be controversial and still use his real name as opposed to those who hide behind a made up identity. If these people are so sure of their opinions lets see your real name. Hell, give us your phone number as well as an address. Especially the “fuck’em” bit. Why bother even reading the guys reviews, hes a nobody, a little wannabe that just thougth “i wanna make a blog too”. Somebody like you replying on his blog makes him cream his pants for god sake.

Fuck’em! You’ve worked your ass off for years doing what you like to do. Who cares if there’s the occasional fart joke and parody, at least their done well. It was your utter hilarious star wars parodies that have turned me into a daily reader. I was able to see your other really great work.
