And it burns, burns, burns…

Burn the witch!

Have a good weekend. Finally getting use to this new time schedule here. I use to stay up until like 2-3am, now the kids are all back to school, it’s bed around 1am and up at 7am, but sometimes, like yesterday, I went back to bed and slept more, then woke up feeling like I wasted a morning. Sometimes you gotta listen to your body though, my body has been yelling at me for more rest a lot and I ignore it often.

I’m busy working on Hero By Night stuff here, LOTS of cool things going on that I’ll be able to talk about more soon. WEE!!!! Another cool bonus on that side, I don’t have to exactly do ALL the work on the website and plans we have on that end, I get to work with a really talented guy named Zach Pennington, (he was also just named the VP of Platinum Studios new media division) and he’s got some kick butt ideas we’ll be working on next week. I can’t wait to see how it all comes together.

Alright, enough blabbering. I got stuff to draw! Have a good weekend folks.

Grr… if it wasn’t for the fact that I have to be able to afford my rent and groceries, I would join up to see some of these in advance! These stories have had me hooked since Chapter 1!

Instead of Johnny Cash, why not a slight change to a Byrds’ classic
    To everything, burn, burn, burn
Don’t need a reason, burn, burn, burn

    Anyway, cool little twist there.

Nice subtle addition of the Reaper in panel 1. Always waiting in the wings…

I am a long time Keenspot fan and I want to thank you, DJ, for bringing a very interesting story here!

“Dad” was just starting when I discovered this comic and I am very interested to see where the “Origin” storyline goes.

Like many, I am absolutely hooked on the “Mom” storyline that is happening now.

I am intrigued into how the puritan witch burning story influences Kathleen and Patricia since it is Kathleen who dies drunk and alone in her living room!

    Keep up the good work!

Hooked since Chapter 1, YIRMUMAH rocks! Aside from that, with the current line, just one comment. I thought that we Druids had the market cornered on toasting toes! :^)
