3 nights

We’re like what, 25 pages into this story now? Read from the beginning. WOO! CLICKING HERE!

Man, there are some BIG things quietly going on behind the scenes that are going to help webcomics and comics as a whole. I can’t say much now, but it’s coming… maybe this week? Then I can blab a little more and get all preachy about webcomics SAVING the comics medium. Oh, just you watch…. a new day is coming. A day I’ve been talking about for some time now…

Man, it’s just like your year, isn’t it? Won a nice big competition, get to bring webcomics to the forefront, maybe even lead the brigade. Got a kickass arc going, too, nice to see you can do serious as well as the funny. Which reminds me, did you ever finish that alien-invasion-esque thing of yours I saw a while back on your site?

Keep up the awesome work, your bookmark jumped quite a few notches on my webcomics list :)

When the revolution begins… I wanna be down.

I could be like the drummer or the fife player or something.

    DJ is gonna preach.
    Testify!

I gotta testify, come up in the spot looking extra fly
For the day I die, I’mma touch the sky.

Oh crap. I just quoted Kanye West.

    Hello DJ,

It’s been a long time since I left a message here, but I read your strip every day. You’re doing a great work. Deacon’s story is showing everyone you can develop a good story, with a great pace and a great storytelling. And the characters, their personalities, are well developed.

I love this arc. Some of the “gafapasta” readers(*) we have here in Spain should take a look on your work. Just to learn a bit.

    Congratulations.

(*) “What’s a gafapasta?”, you may ask. Well, a translation could be “fashion glasses guy”. Yep, it’s the kind of comic reader who only reads european-tintinesque-just-deep-comics-and-I-hate-mainstream-, and watches only subtitled serbo-croat movies.

  6. Primitive Screwhead Says:

    Gafapasta?
In the US we call them Emo fags. :)
